I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Chewing the Cud. These invitations are darling.
My favorite is the school notebook suite (my second favorite is bottom left). I wonder if Tom and I could riff on the whole lab notebook concept, as in:
Objective: To Get Married
Hypothesis: A Beautiful Day
Procedure: "Chemistry," or maybe the date
Observations: the date and time
Analysis: the location
Incidentally, I thought about making our Save the Date cards NYS prescriptions. I'm not a huge fan of "STDs" merely showcasing a picture of the couple kissing - ewww! - and I want something more personal than a premade card. I had no idea there was an actual protocol to prescription writing until I got to medical school - I guess that makes sense! - so the invite would go something like this:
Almost as awesome are their greeting cards. They are that perfect blend of wit and whimsy.
I also found these invitations from Karisa Winkle Designs. They may be a bit "fancy," but I really think they're beautiful.
And finally, Atelier Isabey. The bottom invitation was the "inspiration image" for my previous post.
