I screwed on my bravery hat tonight and looked at my Comprehensive Assessment results - all but the actual comments from students. I had many more green boxes (1 standard deviation above the class mean) than red boxes (1 standard deviation below the mean), so I'm happy. Also, while I had a range of scores on the peer assessments, I mostly scored high, and the areas where I had a few low ratings were in areas I felt were weaknesses, too. The patient comments were uniformly positive - yay! I'm in the right business - and I scored above the mean on aggregated communication skills, and got a green box for the peer assessments. Whew.
