Today was Match Day, wherein every graduating medical school student learned their fate for the rest of their lives. (Cause we all know residency is what opens doors.) It was surprisingly rejuvinating for me, realizing that I have only 365 days to go until I match, and to hear the screams punctuating the auditorium, separated by 15 seconds or so, for 10 minutes straight.

So I took a little breather after last night and spent some time examining my quote-unquote *mood instability.* Too much going on right now, with gearing up for the next school year, heading into 7 months to the wedding, and trying to decide on what to match in. Stepwise we go, so the first decision is always to eat better. Went on a little shopping trip to TJ Maxx, and found the most awesome collection of randomness for $36 that I don't have but needed to spend. And at the end of the day, found this lovely by Thurley, an Australian dress company, available for the measley sum of $595 here. (Thanks to Polka Dot Bride for the tip.)

I think I suffer from too-much-reality syndrome, and maybe I oughtta go out on a limb and get this for myself. You know, for the getaway? Oh, who am I kidding, $595 is really $1500 with interest. Well, I suppose I can dream.
