#301

Every day more and more of the wedding feels like it is coming together. Tonight I received a package in the mail from Papier Valise, and I couldn't be happier with my loot. I ordered some random persimmon cabuchons, star and flower tacks, bride and groom figurines, and some old pharmacy labels to use like so. (Next time I will have to get the miniature red sleighs.) I emailed the proprietor to tell her how happy I was and she wrote that the labels are from the early 1900s, which makes them even cooler in my book.

Then later I saw this photo from We Love Typography via iDIY and thought how we could use the type on these pillows as our table numbers.

Finally, the Metropolitan Building has several mirrors scattered throughout the place. I saw this photo from From "I Will" to "I Do" 's wedding, as featured on MS Weddings.

I used to frame poems and I thought giving framed poems as favors would be neat. But lately I've been rethinking that idea. Maybe putting a removable decal on the mirror would work just fine? Something pithy, like Emily Dickinson?
