Microwave Cake for One. (Just don't tell my father I own a microwave...)
Editor's Note: Maybe I overcooked this, but it was quite dry. The flavor was okay, but probably not something I'd make again. I would say it's a step above the microwave brownie bowls you can get at the supermarket it terms of "health" value, but definitely not as tasty as its artificial cousins.
