Doctor Whimsy

So this is very girly and very "me," but I just absolutely love the play of the emerald and mango in the most recent design board from Snippet and Ink:


See the invitation in the third row, left? It's from Ceci NY, whom I've avoided like the plague because their invitations are just so darn expensive (and exquisite). I have absolutely no idea how this came about, but I'm a little bit obsessed with an art deco theme; I think the invitation in the design board gets right to the point. And I think it would be really neat to send our Save the Date cards in glassine envelopes, kind of like what this bride did:
