So I've blogged about how much I hate birds...but I love nests, go figure. I first saw the above keyholder on Room Service Home, but have found many other sites selling the same thing. I think this is the perfect shower or wedding gift for couples getting married this summer, and it's affordable to boot at $13.

I also love the above lanterns, but they're stupidly expensive at $78. Target was selling something very similar in their stores, but I've been on monetary lockdown the past few months and have forbidden myself from going there.
Speaking of Target, they've gotten in on the whole terrarium thing. Again, a bit pricey at $25, but far cheaper than anything a florist would do (and silk!):

"Novelty" lanterns are also big, and Target is right again:

The next three come from Country Curtains. (Never thought I'd shop there!) I think the point is that if we had a wedding at the Metropolitan Building, these things would heighten the "funkiness" (even though they're unaffordable at $29 a piece).

Finally, I found this vase on super ridiculous clearance at Wisteria, marked down to $6 from $24. I just might have to order a few in the next few days. I think they would go well with the science/glass/test tube-y thing. They would be beautiful on the bar or randomly scattered throughout the venue:
