A few years ago, my mother bought me these beautiful Euro pillow shams at a flea market. I use these larger pillows to sleep because of their firmness. I suppose the shams weren't made for daily use because they have lost all of their buttons and are now so threadbare they have torn through the middle. My mother visits this weekend. Being a mom and all, she'll comment on torn pillowcases, so I tried to preempt her by ordering plain white ones on sale from The Company Store.
I was excited to receive my package in the mail today, several days before the upcoming visit. But instead of pillowcases, I found this: Work's a Bitch, and Then You Make it Work, by Andrea Kay.

I'm kind of feeling you on that one, Company Store.
