Someone left a comment two posts ago labeling Tom's new studio as the "vacation house." Except, I misread the comment and thought they referred to Tom's new studio as the "beach house," especially since people in Philadelphia seem pretty keen on the Jersey Shore. So, now I'm kind of obsessed with a beach theme. I love this image (I forgot where I got all of the images below, so sorry for the lack of link backs):
I love the dove gray/haint blue side table, the wooden bed frame, and of course, the toy sailboat.
I'm a huge fan of the Secrets From a Stylist show on HGTV, and wouldn't you know it, episode 12 was devoted to "Modern Urban Beach" style. I love the mish-mash of beachiness with masculine and vintage elements. Somehow, it feels a whole lotta like Tom and me (all photos from Style by Emily Henderson):

I still hate pink...I might use purple instead. Lilac and lemonade...nice ring to it, no?
