I always said I would marry a man who could do things. (Actually, "fix" things was the real word I used, hence the importance of an air conditioner in bringing us together.) Over the years, Tom has proven that he is capable of more than "fixing" things. Case in point, last night I encouraged him to make this ginger cake for a holiday party he was going to. It was a success. And today he is making latkes with apple sauce for another holiday party. Go Tom! I am very proud of you.
