Sometimes the simplest dinners are the most delicious. Mache greens, homemade salad dressing, and grilled chicken breast with lemon and paprika.

Our NYC apartment has some pretty amazing carved brass hardware, complete with lions heads and everything. One day I will take pictures...might want to get on that because our lease is up in 10 months. In any event, I'd love to recreate some of the details here (love, love, love butcher block kitchen counters) and forgo others (showering in a pedestal tub = no bueno). So, of course, I was enamored with these "hinge heads" (yes, "hinge heads" - decorative magnets you put on the top of your hinges) I spied over on Apartment Therapy today:
